God Moves the Hearts of Kings

So I know that President Bush did not do this just for us, but I am getting so excited as I read news reports of the tax rebate checks being issued. I don't exactly understand everything about it, but I hope that we receive one soon and can apply it towards the adoption! Today I had my dad write checks for all the money we had on hand through gifts and savings and it totaled close to $4000 ... which pays for our agency fee and our dossier translation and our May childcare fee and a deposit of $1300 towards the needed $8000 for our Haiti fee. It is still not enough to get our dossier freed to travel, but every little bit is a step in the right direction!
