For those faithfully praying for our boys in Haiti and for us ... thank you!! It means more than I can say, and I know that having specific details often helps to focus those prayers. For that reason, I wanted to share that during this month of July our adoption grant applications are supposed to be reviewed by three separate grant agencies. Please pray that God would move in hearts to provide funds for our adoption in this way.
As you know, we were over-and-above, abundantly blessed by an adoption gift from one of our supporting churches. We still can't get over it! However, even so with our upcoming trip to Haiti and later the travel to bring our boys home, we still face several thousands of dollars of costs that are not yet covered. We know God is able!! - and we thank you for praising Him and petitioning Him along with us.

I will be praying for the financial burden, and grace for people making the grant decisions! Keep the faith: just last week our entire adoption was paid for. Not one penny came from our pockets, and there will be extra for our return trip to Haiti next spring to finalize things for Jonas's adoption! Broken down: 2 grants, 2 fundraisers, 1 amazing couple that sent us a gift, and lastly a grant from the state of Indiana for adopting a special needs child. that grant will be the extra to pay for our travel next year! God is awesome in His provisions, and He will provide for your faithfulness and obedience to His call!!!!!!!! Keep us updated! I can't wait to see new pics of the boys!
