It all started with Eva.When just two months after her sweet and surprising arrival in our lives we packed up to move from Pennsylvania to Michigan, our dear friend Julie Manwarren decided to gift her this loveable little toy for the trip. It entertained her the entire way!
Since then, the ladybug has passed through each of our children and on this trip it provided great moments of entertainment for our boys in Haiti as well. It is the one toy we are not leaving with them; we will take it home to await their arrival and maybe, just maybe, when they look into its smiling green face or hear the crinkling of its wings some months from now they will remember it and these special days we have spent together.

i have been enjoying the tears and the laughs of your journey and trip......god must understand how torn we parents must be leaving ones we love to be with ones we love.....somehow i believe these trials are used for the kingdom....have a safe trip home.....
