We started the day with breakfast. Unfortunately, the doorbell rang and either the sound of it or the sight of Mommy walking away to answer the door scared Alec. He cried and cried and never did finish his breakfast (which is a sign of him being truly upset, as anyone who knows him can attest to!)

Next we headed over to the Christmas tree. (Yes, Amanda, it is still up! And the boys do love it. I am minus several balls so far. But, I truly intended to take it down before they came.) Under the Christmas tree were two wrapped gifts for the boys. Ride-on toys! One was very easy to assemble. The other, not so much. I missed Pedro in that moment. But, eventually I got two happy boys onto their happy trails! (See videos to get the full effect!)

multi-tasking (eating crackers, drinking juice and driving!)One of the funniest things was watching the boys answer the "phone." They would say "Alo! Alo!" very loudly and then start jabbering away. I have no idea what they were saying, but they were saying it! It was such a joy to watch them this morning. They truly had a blast!
