It has been 3 1/2 weeks since we were matched with the twins and almost 2 weeks since our last update on them ... (still no pictures, for those who have asked!) We actually don't know where they are. To be honest, we are worrying a little about their safety and health but trying to remember that God knows exactly where they are and they are in His care!
Edited to add: We found out tonight that the twins should definitely be arriving this week. We also learned that a special lady from Indiana will be heading to Haiti on Tuesday morning and she will become "nanny" to our babies ... and the icing on the cake is that apparently she likes taking pictures, so we may be blessed with those in the very near future! (This news made my night!)
Another add: Last night before bed, Eva and Isabel specifically prayed that we would receive pictures of the twins this week. This morning, I shared with them the information above and Eva announced happily, "God always answers our prayers!"
