Today is Alec's 5-month birthday, and on Saturday Ian turned 9 months old. Their beautiful eyes peer at us through pictures but we have yet to see them face to face.
We first laid eyes on and touched Eva, Isabel and Owen at 3 months; approximately 13 hours; and 5 days old, respectively ... so as I was sharing with a friend over the weekend, this international adoption waiting is just SO different.

This Saturday is Avery's first birthday...the same day we are having our 7 year olds b-day party...I wish she were here so we could celebrate.
